Meghan Trainor Pulls Photoshopped Video of Her Latest Song

You may know Meghan Trainor for her hit song, “All About That Bass”. But maybe you didn’t know she’s a country music songwriter. In fact, she helped write the #1 hit for Rascal Flatts, “I LIke The Sound Of That” off their album ‘Rewind‘. She also wrote, “DJ Tonight” on that same album.

This week she pulled her own music video for her song, “Me Too” and took to Snapchat to explain why.

Evidently, that was not the version of the video she had approved. She told the USA Today, “I saw fans posting it and was like, ‘Why are fans ruining my waist? Are you kidding? Then I went to the video and was like, ‘Oh my god.’ I texted the editors like, ‘I never asked you to touch my waist. I want my waist back.’ ”

She appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday night and explained what happened and confirmed that a new video of her REAL self would be released. As promised, it was. You can check it out below. To this, I say… YOU GO GIRL! Thanks for being real.
