People Magazine has confirmed that Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin have separated. They married back in May of 2015.
They are reportedly taking a break as the former NFL player enters rehab for undisclosed reasons.
The couple just recently welcomed into the world their baby girl, Jolie who’s 7 months old. Our prayers go out to the couple and we wish them the best!
