Congratulations to a longtime friend and Texas country artist, Randy Rogers and his wife Chelsea. Monday afternoon they welcomed Rainey Ryan Rogers into the world.

Their beautiful baby girl was born in Austin and measured 20½ inches long and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz.
