Country music star Keith Urban, and his Oscar winning wife, Nicole Kidman, are selling their farm in Franklin, TN for an estimated $3.45 million!

The property contains a luxurious farmhouse, and a guest cottage, which sit on 36 acres.  The gated retreat is “a true sanctuary,” according to the listing. It also comes with a gym, barn, garden, and trails.

The farmhouse sits on a hill top, which provides amazing views of the country side.  It is equipped with has four beds, four baths, and two half-baths. There’s a formal living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights, a cozy family room with fireplace, and a kitchen with casual eating area.

Even though the couple is departing with the farm, they are not leaving the state of Tennessee.  They plan on keeping their mansion in Nashville, as well as other dwellings in New York City, Beverly Hills, CA, and Sydney Australia.
