Blake Shelton‘s new venue, Old Red in Nashville has been sued. The lawsuit was filed on Monday, (2/4) by the Nashville Metro Historic Zoning Commission who says the venue is in violation of a policy passed over a year ago that states the exterior “Lighting should be concealed or simple and unobtrusive in design, materials, and relationship to other facade or elevation elements,” in other words, the red lights that the building uses in it’s exterior is prohibited. Neither Ryman Hospitality, which owns Ole Red nor Blake have responded to the lawsuit.
