Delta has issued apology after the internet reacted to their new in-flight Diet Coke napkins which encouraged passengers to write their phone number to pass onto their “plane crush” while they were onboard the flight. Delta released a statement apologizing and saying, “We rotate Coke products regularly as part of our brand partnership, but missed the mark with this one. We are sorry for that and began removing the napkins from our aircraft in January.”
There were some people in favor and some, clearly creeped out. Check out some of the tweets below. Thoughts?
Napkins received from @Delta on Wednesday flight seem unintentionally creepy, especially after reading the smaller print. Swing and a miss, @DietCoke. pic.twitter.com/eKaMruqqUR

This is funny as hell to me. Why are so many people offended? #wednesdaythoughts https://t.co/RTXqDXDJjF
