A Fake Buc-ee’s Spotted in the Middle East

Maurice Chammah who’s a writer for the non-profit outlet, The Marshall Project that covers America’s criminal justice system – was driving down a road in Amman, Jordan and spotted this Buc-ee’s sign.

We have so many questions. Do they have Beaver nuggets? What are their restrooms like? What about their jerky selection? If you’re wondering what the rest of the sign says: “market,””coffee,” and “snacks.” That translation is courtesy of Emily Chammah who also took the picture below. Simply incredible!

The founder of Buc-ee’s is unfamiliar with the address of this location in Middle East.

We do have a REAL Buc-ee’s set to open this month in Royse City, mark the date: June 17th at 6am. This will be the 5th North Texas location.  It’ll be located at 5005 E. Interstate 30.
