I know i’ll miss strolling through the cool buildings at the State Fair of Texas during this year’s fair run. Looking and shopping all the vendors that come from all across the states to share their American dream, their hard work, the beautiful crafts, the delicious food. Thankfully, we have the chance to shop over 80 State Fair of Texas vendors at home. One of those I know I miss, is the soups and dips in the Grand Place building, pretending I haven’t sampled them every year of my life I’ve been going to the fair. One of the things I missed this year was being part of the Big Tex Choice Awards with some great friends I’ve made over the years at the State Fair, some of the hardest working staff.
