City of Dallas
Homeowners can start applying for reimbursements through the city’s housing department Thursday by calling 214-670-3644 or filling out an online application and emailing it to [email protected]. The application will be on the city’s website.
The WATER Program (Waterline Assistance through Emergency Repairs) provides low-income homeowners with up to $5,000 for repairs to water lines, gas lines and water heaters..
