If you live or commute around the East Dallas area, maybe you’ve seen these blue “Morning Morning” signs around the neighborhood surrounding White Rock Lake. Perhaps you’ve been running, jogging or walking around the lake and greeted with a “Morning Morning”. The guy behind all that is Joe Chatham. He’s a retired Dallas Police officer who now tries to uplift others and is actively involved in our community helping kids around the area.
