Maverick’s Anthony Davis Injury to Be Re-Assessed In Two Weeks.

DALLAS – WFAA – (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Mavericks power forward Anthony Davis “is making good progress” and will be re-evaluated for his left adductor strain in two weeks, the team has announced.

Davis was dominant in three quarters of his Mavs debut against the Houston Rockets on Feburary 8th, but left the game after a non-contact injury to his adductor. It was Davis’ first game back after nursing an abdominal strain that kept him out since January 28th, when he played with the Los Angeles Lakers.

On February 9th, it was reported Davis’ left adductor strain would keep him out “multiple weeks”, adding to his lengthy injury. Prior to this season, Davis missed 232 of his 1,020 games played.
