That’s the site where you can file a claim and check to see if your phone number was one of the ones that received a robocall. If you received a pre-recorded call from a travel agency called Resort Marketing Group, Inc. offering a free cruise on your residential or cellular telephone line, during the period between July of 2009 and March of 2014, you may be a Settlement Class Member.  If your number is included in the settlement you will then be directed as to how to file a claim on the site posted above.
