You probably have seen and even participated in the “10 Year Challenge” that started on Facebook. One tech expert sparked the conversation this week, is it safe or should you be concerned about giving up some information when you do post the before and after pictures? It’s said that our pictures can be easily used by the hashtag to train and develop AI and facial recognition algorithms. While this can be helpful for missing children, meme’s and challenges like these can also be a reminder to just pause before you jump on the next trend.

Some thought the idea was overblown but it has made people more aware of the challenges and meme’s they take part of that could possibly open you up to security concerns and make you think twice before you jump on the wagon.
